Next, you will want to contact any local authors, any authors with ties to your town, and finally, any authors willing to make the journey to your festival. Once you have firm commitments from everyone in the writing industry, you can add all the food vendors and musicians you like! Schedule book signings, public readings, and perhaps a writing contest in advance. If you plan to charge for attendance, start selling Event Tickets in advance.
